Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging is an excellent tool for finding issues with air movement, moisture intrusion, and even electrical problems that may otherwise go unnoticed. Thermal imaging equipment will be used during every home inspection to assist with inspecting problematic areas such as around a toilet or sink. *Under the right conditions and use, thermal imagery can provide valuable information about how air and moisture may be creeping through a building. Use of thermal imagery is INCLUDED in all inspections.

Drone Services

Weather and flight conditions permitting, drones will be used to assist in all inspections. Drones are especially handy for steep or sensitive roofs, such as the slate roofs common to many historic Vermont homes. The drone gives the inspector and the client a unique perspective of a building and surrounding property, while easily reaching difficult to access areas.
